In addition to the engineering services, PEI completed all the necessary surveying services including as-built plans. The picture above is the Inns Way/State Route 38 intersection.
Client: Myron Gallogy
The Oaks Subdivision project consisted of the planning, design, and construction services for a 66-acre subdivision in Marysville, Ohio. The existing farmland required a boundary survey to define the property boundaries and to provide the necessary information for easement and rights-of-way preparation. The most difficult construction aspect of the project included a 100-ft bore underneath US Route 38 for the installation of the sanitary sewer and associated casing pipe. Because of existing land agreements, one of the boring pits where located within State of Ohio right-of-way which required the design of steel pilings and maintenance of traffic plan.
Page Engineering, Inc. also provided all bidding documents and aided the developer during the selection of the contractor. PEI continued as construction manager for the project which included 2472 linear feet of water main, 2592 linear feet of sanitary sewer, 1658 linear feet of storm sewer, two (2) stormwater detention ponds, and roadway improvements including the entrance drive to State Route 38.
